Howdy Folks! I hope everything finds you well! Collette and I fine as frog’s hair in addition to Boo (15 year old Frenchie) Kitty (15 year old Siamese) Nebraska (2 year old one eyed feline hellion!) and Piper, our adopted yellow lab! Piper is now 9 and we have had her in training with Compainion Canines to become a therapy dog! We are planning on taking her to Hospitals, Assisted Living etc. She is quite the lover!
Early Warning, I will NOT BE IN ANY WALMART THIS YEAR!!! I will be meeting people at 355 W Pacific in Blackfoot, Puerta Vallarta in Pocatello (The old Perkins) and at 3910 S Yellowstone in Idaho Falls (The Boy Scout Office) all by appointment.
Well, we ripped off the band-aid last year. It looks like we have a little more to go.
United Healthcare has decided to sunset the 0009 plan and the Patriot plan (no prescriptions) in Bannock and Bingham counties. Bonneville county stays the same. You should be getting a letter that you will need to choose another plan. HOWEVER, The Medicare Supplements will still be good choices and the UHC Dual Special Needs plans have been increased and enhanced.
Molina will be sunsetting the Partial Dual Eligible plans (full medicare but partial medicaide), but the Full dual eligible plans will remain in full effect.
We will be contacting everyone who is losing coverage this year first so no one goes without health insurance. If you don’t hear from one of us, …Just call Tim
Blue Cross in Jefferson and Bonneville counties will be adding a medicare advantage plan that will increase your access to Primary care Dr’s, but they will also keep the Greater Good Health plan. Questions…Just call Tim
In Bannock County, Blue Cross will keep it’s current plan and reduce it to $129. They will also offer the Greater Good Health plan at a reduced price. You must see one of the primary Dr’s at Greater Good Health. Questions? Just call Tim
In Bingham County, the Blue Cross plan keeps the same benefits, but drops rate to $129.
If we moved you to a Medicare Supplement, there was a reason that we did that. Just call Tim
WE HAVE A NEW PLAN AVAILABLE! It is through Fenyx Health and is an MSA. It works just like an HSA but for people on Medicare. It is something we have been trying to get in Idaho for years! It won’t work for everyone, but for those who will it will be awesome! Just Call Tim
Once again I will have my wife Collette (who has a 775 area code) and Toni Fackrell calling and helping me set up appointments. Toni is from Blue Ivy Insurance and works mainly with property and casualty, but is licensed in health insurance, so I will have her help me run meds, set appointments etc. If one of the girls calls, it’s not a scam!
I will be trying to send out emails this year to help with the speed of running medications. If you can, fill it out, if not, fill out the form included with this letter.
I am asking everyone to come and meet me at one of the locations that I have set up. If it’s too hard for you to get out, holler at me or one of the Girls and we will set up a time for me to come and see you.
As always, watch out for scammers! Sometimes they only want your Birth date, sometimes it’s just the start date on part B, sometimes it’s the last 4 of your social. GIVE THEM NOTHING! Deal with someone LOCAL!
One scammer even told my client “Well, your agent does not even know about this plan yet”. If it’s not filed with the state, IT’S NOT A LEGAL PLAN! If It’s filed with the State, I Will Know About It!
